The Suspended Books window book exchange

A small free book exchange is built into a barred window set in a weathered brick wall in Venice. A handwritten bilingual sign says “The Suspended Books” and invites visitors to take, exchange, or bring a book, with several paperbacks lined up on the shelf below.
